Acceptable use

Nubara Signal may be used only to protect assets an organization owns or is explicitly authorized to monitor. It must not be used for unauthorized access, surveillance, harassment, credential abuse, or offensive operations.

Data handling

Customer records are segregated by organization. Evidence references, response notes, and audit events are retained according to configured customer policy. Customers should avoid submitting unnecessary personal or secret information.

Intelligence sources

Public and commercial sources are activated only when their terms, licensing, and customer authorization permit the intended use. Credential-gated sources remain disabled until approval.

Service limitations

Signals require human review. Confidence scores support prioritization and are not guarantees. Customers remain responsible for incident-response, legal, and regulatory decisions.
